Abstract

Modern companies face the challenge of managing accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making, particularly regarding the inclusion of vulnerable groups—now considered a key factor for sustainability and corporate value. However, a lack of reliable data and a shortage of specialized professionals limit the ability to manage these processes in an inclusive and ethical manner over time. The analysis also highlights the relevance of the inclusive educator within the corporate environment as a strategic agent capable of correcting operational deviations and structuring dynamic information systems. Through a reflective and analytical approach, the study examines how the convergence of internal and external data—managed under strict ethical principles—transforms isolated information into organizational knowledge that is fully adaptable to the demands of the knowledge society. The results underscore that the involvement of inclusion specialists not only ensures compliance with market commitments and the optimization of financial returns but also provides companies with a sustainable competitive advantage.
